Can I put larger wheels on my Bolens gas lawnmower?

I have a Bolens brand gas 22" mower and it does a great job. It's rear wheels are 'big and tall' and front two are smaller and standard, if that makes sense. I have an affinity for 'longer grass' and I want to change out the front wheels for larger ones to achieve the highest cut possible. Right now I'd say my grass is about 4 to 5 inchest tall and sways in the breeze. When I cut it it'll be about 2.5 inches tall and very nice but I'd rather keep it very long. My neighbors have brown patches everywhere and mine is beautifull, green and lush. That's my thing, I want a 'pretty lawn', not the 'short/tight' look. It's so tall I'm afraid the city will cite me for not keeping it trimmed lower. So, I'm not mechanical but I think I can figure out how to change front wheels with some good tips and advice.
