Yes, as well as car engines. Always remember, the things our Politicians think up always do not have the best outcome. Ethanol is a fine example.
Uh, Bush and the Republican Congress pushed through the ethanol bill to placate their base in the corn farming states.
I think perhaps it’s time for everyone to scrap Ethanol. It was a valiant attempt but the stuff has had so many unintended consequences in the negative.

The people you listed did not create, manufacture, sell or distribute Ethanol. No apology necessary. If all it takes is a lawn mower engine to destroy a family, we are doomed.
I don’t think I will put any stock into that story. Did you see the picture?! I think some people just don’t realize when a lawn mower is just kaput, instead they send something that costs 50 bucks to the repairman of the Ark of the Covenant.

Seems to me that people like Gingrich and Ensign and Sanford, while preaching family values mealymouth, have done a good enough job of destroying their own families. You’re just mouthing empty slogans with nothing behind them.

It was not the first time Democrats demanded we burn food to "help" the economy.
All their other ideas are obviously just as good.
