how are lawn mower blades manufactured eg…….. are they forged , cast , how are they treated ( heat) etc?

    they are formed flat steel. a cutter puts a notch where the curves of the blade are and a bender puts some angles in it, then a grinder does the sharpening. a drill puts in the holes.
