how do i adjust the blades on my riding mower?

i have a 38" 12 hp murray riding mower.95 or 96 modle. the right blade doesnt cut like the left blade. i have new blades and belts. i have adjusted the deck like your supposed to. the right blade cuts a little higher than the left. can i add a washer between the blade and the housing or is there another way.

    Have you ever had to replace one of the bearing spindles, that the blades bolt on to? If so, then that’s the problem, you have to always replace them as a pair, no matter the brand.

    Other than that, are both bladed identical? Same wear?
