John Deere riding mower attachments snow plow or blower?

I can't decide if I should get an attachment for my JD LA120 snow blower attachment or the plow/blade. Anyone with experiences with this and can give me some pros and cons would be great. Thanks

If you live in an area with a heavy snowfall, opt for the blower. Your riding mower is not a heavy machine and if you have a, for example, eight or ten inch accumulation of wet snow the little machine may not even be able to push it, even with tire chains. Also, with a plow you need plenty of space to put the snow. Unless you can just push it out into the street, as the winter progresses you can easily run out of space to pile the snow with a blade. And if the city or municipal happens to plow your driveway shut you will still be shoveling. You will not have any of these problems with a blower. Of course a snow blower is more expensive to buy and maintain and if you should happen to have a gravel driveway, they certainly do not digest rocks at all well.
