Lawnmower, bad gas, how do I fix my lawmower ?

This is the lawnmower nightmare. I put some dirty gas in it and it cost me 0 in all to get it fixed so I left the gas can (plastic) open and empty to air out but I guess some cobwebs or ?? got in it so I went to get more gas and then put it in my newly fixed 0 lawnmower and I think I put dirty gas in again. It runs sometimes and the engine kind of lopes along. What can I do besides get smarter :0 sorry, female here, not clear thinking , but what happens, does it clog something or something I can clean out ? Please don't slam me my life is a struggle as it is . AND I'M ON A VERY FIXED BUDGET SO THIS IS REALLY AN ISSUE AND HAVE NO MAN TO FIX IT. AND CAN'T AFFORD A MAN :)
