Very simple to operate & the cutting bed will compensate for some unevenness on a slight grade...If you have alot of steep grades and very uneven property, you may want to consider hiring professionals. I think they come with a 2 year warranty. The low end models LA105 & 115 are about $1499 -- they should be fine most homeowners. They are readily available at Home Depot or Lowe's.
