what would be a good sell price for this john deere mower?

i have a john deere RX75 riding mower with electric start that i am thinking of selling. how much could i get for it

it has a new high eficiency plug, i recently installed a new deck belt, magneto, solenoid, blade, PTO safety switch, regulator, rectifier and high amp battery. the engine is in great shape, it starts instantly, i have a new tranny belt that comes with the purchase, everything works great

there are two, two inch long cracks in the fiberglass body and three of it's tires have leaks that deflate them in 36 hours but the fourth tire holds air incredibly well. these are the only downsidse

the mower was also made around 93, it has a 9 horse rear mounted Kawasaki OHV balanced single cylinder engine and a 30" deck. it has been kept under cover or indoors since i found it in a junk pile (even though it is in suprisingly good shape) and fixed it.

YOUR HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED
the cracks arent in the frame. they are in the rear body and are nearly invisible.

i repeat: the fourth tire holds air.

i already spent over 0 in new parts

but, i appreciate your honesty.

  1. ffperki says:

you have put more money into it than it is worth. I know that you don’t want to hear that but I most I would give for it might be $100 Iwould have to buy three tire and maybe a fourth, that alone is $250-300 and the repair of the cracks X dollars more I can buy a new JD for as little as $1200 why would I pay more than a hundred for one that is 15 years old and still have to add money to it, either use it yourself or sell for a hndred and be glad to get that,…….sorry

  2. The Truth is out There & so am I says:

put it up on tractor house for a competitive price to what they go for on there or a lil less most people sell used for the same price as new on account that its on had it is allready configured that sort of thing if they want it they pay the price and don’t have to wait on the lead time to get a new one in and wait on all there accesories to come in that sort of thing
