What would be the best way to put lights on the blades of a mower?

Im pimping out a cub cadet lawnmower, and i was gonna set up a strobe light pointed toward reflectors on the blades, but im wondering if I should put colored LED rope light on it, any other ideas?

and any other ideas of how to pimp it out would be appreciated too!

    not ON the blades, but LED lightstrips are cool.
